Customer service made no attempt to be helpful. Package has been delayed twice already because they are unable to locate however there were no updates through tracking number. I had to call and was not spoken to professionally. How does a logistics company not know how to do logistics. Home Depot needs to find a new vendor.
I ordered a lawn mower through Home Depot and this company was the last mile delivery. It was scheduled to arrive on the 3rd of the month but the delivery driver got lost. After talking to service multiple times and giving them exact instructions on how to deliver to my home, its now the 18th of the month and it's been failed to be delivered 4 times.
I received a delivery today 2/19/2021 by a gentleman named AK. This gentleman was kind, professional and extremely understanding towered my mother who accepted the delivery and could not lift the packages herself. His customer service is spectacular!! We need more people like him out on the road. THANK YOU AK! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
Very unprofessional ! What a disgrace they delivered my marble top vanity and just dumped it on my porch on its side . Cracked the top and broke the legs so here I am having to deal with them again for the delivery of my new vanity. Lets see how this goes! I called to speak with someone and I spoke to a male who was extremely ignorant and nasty.. wish me luck
