While I wanted to love these apartments I just couldnt. It does have a beautifully landscaped grounds, the remodeled units are definitely better then the classic. There are just far too many cons though. The units are gravely neglected. The filter in our unit hadnt been changed for years. The dust was two inches thick which caused the filter to collapse on itself. We moved from Florida and the day we walked into the apartment there was severe water damage from a leaky roof. They did repair the roof but the carpet and padding were soaked in one of the closets. The master bath had a giant bubble (about 3ftx3ft in size) in the wall from the water damage. The unit was clearly not inspected prior to our move in date. They did fix the roof and air out the carpet with a fan for a night. They never repaired the bathroom wall. But the smell in the apartment was so gross- musty and moldy smelling. I was concerned for mold- which they did test and did come back with positive samples but the fda does not have an acceptable limit for mold in your home. Another issue were the bugs. They must not spray the complex because there were so many earwigs and cockroaches in our unit, it was disgusting! We also had a black widow in the hallway closet. Another issue was the washing machine. The first time i did a load of white laundry, they got stained with a brown substance that I couldnt bleach out. When they inspected the washing machine the internal tube that fills with water was nearly completely clogged with brown residue- they immediately got us a new machine. They said they would reimburse us for the damaged towels but never did. They also literally have one maintence man. For the entire complex!! No wonder why everything is falling apart. My husbands passenger window got completely smashed and broken into. I know the pavilions cannot control this, but the only place they have cameras, is at the front office- they should have them all over the complex but they dont. The picture of this place seems fine, but the bones are falling apart. I cant recommend this complex to anyone. They certainly are not luxury apartments. Ive never been so miserable in a temporary apartment as I was with this place. Thank god we found a home To move into! Good ridence

The tow truck you are referring to belongs to residents who live in the community, they own their own tow business. And the reason for not being able to park in front of your garage, is for trash pick up reasons. We have never been afraid to live anywhere before but we are now with this situation and want to move as soon as our lease is up. There has been a man and woman driving a grey tow truck with a PRC 54441 number on it who have been parking near our apartment building with cars attached to the truck or they detach the cars and park them in parking spaces. When we have been walking our dog at night we have seen them drive in and sometimes they are still there in the morning when we leave for work. We have been told that there has been vandalism in this area and we get a lot of emails telling us not to park in front of our garages and to make sure our garage doors are closed but the management doesnt seem to notice what these people are doing or arent bothered by it since they are getting rent. We have spoken to APD and they have told us there is nothing they can do since the Pavilions is private property and no crime has taken place yet. We used to have friends who would come and visit us but after they saw what was happening they wont come over anymore because they dont feel safe. We cannot recommend living here since the management doesnt appear to care about our safety.

My girlfriend and I stopped by the leasing office for a quick tour. Long story short, the leasing agent that was assisting us went above and beyond. She had detailed information ready for us And was able to answer all of our questions without us even asking. Weve toured MULTIPLE complexs and have never had such a warm and inviting experience as we did with Hillary at the pavilions.

I've lived at the Pavilions for 7 years and it gets 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. The property is very quite, the grounds are lush and well maintained 2.The club house, pool and exercise room are excellent. The exercise room has recently been remodeled and enlarged with all new top-of-the-line equipment. 3. The property is safe with few property crimes. 4. All maintenance requests have been completed quickly 5. The garages are nice with some having direct access to the apartment 6. The office staff and maintenance staff are very good.

Beware of mice and repetitive roof leaks. Neither problem will be addressed by management.
