Bought shoes size 3 were more like a size 5 returned them immediately and took ages to get a refund then only got s parcial refund. Will never buy from this site again very poor customer service

This company is a joke. I've paid 121 euro for an order I never received. They're ignoring my emails and the tracking code doesn't seem to work. I'm very devastated.

I ordered a pair of knee high heeled boots, and they came wrecked! Burn marks inside the boot and wrips! Never ordering anything again!! They look used not happy at all!
