We are looking to get a template set up with our business name to enable office staff to take their work shirts and have our name put on them. I have called around to 5 other embroidery shops to get a quote on the set up fee and a cost per item and Logowear Express was the only place that could not give me a cost for the set up. Eddie asked for my email address and said that he could email me a quote. I explained to Eddie that we are not looking to create a logo, we would just like our office name set up. It was evident that Eddie was not sure how to quote our very medial task, but was not willing to go the extra mile to help me figure it out. I expressed my disappointment and confusion, but it was very clear that Eddie had no interest in getting our business or working with us.
Jami, Thank you for your review. Im sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. We set a high standard for ourselves, and were so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. In a rush, our embroidery team overlooked the damage to the shirts before they went on the machine. We did offer to replace the shirts for you at no extra charge. To ensure the best quality possible, we highly recommend inspecting the product before bringing it in. We also have several brands and design options we stand by, if you'd like to go that route. Please know that your situation was an exception. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We cant fix the past but you have our commitment to improve the way our staff serves every customer. Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team.

I recently had shirts made for an event, I brought my own shirts ( I had purchased them off Amazon in bulk, and they were still in the package when I dropped them off) and the company assisted with the logo design. I was on a bit of a time crunch with only 12 business days before I absolutely had to pick them up, and the shirts were finished 4 days before my event. The timing was great! However, when I took the shirts out to check them, four of them had holes below where the logo was.(I should have checked the shirts out before I left but as you can guess I did not). I contacted the store via email and spoke with the the lady (Melissa) who initially assisted and continued to assist me through the process. She said the embroider had mentioned the holes but figured there was nothing they could do since I had a strict deadline and that it wasnt their product. She then said the embroider said they were like that when they came out of the bag. She offered to sew new ones for me at no charge but at least Id have them for the event. The issue I have is they could have mentioned this to me when I had contacted them the previous Friday before they were finished, and asked if the shirts would be ready on time. Or even just mention it when they were picked up (my significant other picked them up for me, but again a slight mention would have been nice rather then the surprise of seeing the holes when I unfolded the shirts). It was clear on the shirts that something had snagged them causing the holes, as it was right below the embroidery it self. Again, this was on four of the shirts but as i unfolded all of the shirts you could see where they had been fixed to the machine for the embroidery process. I was not expecting the embroidery to be cheap by any means but if Im spending over 400 dollars for the embroidery alone and providing the product, I expect a little more professionalism and courtesy.
Great company! Great people! Always friendly and knowledgeable and make placing orders easy!
