Ordered jackets as a department at my job. Not only did I have to change my design twice (after being told we could get anything we wanted), Ive waited almost two months, only for everyone else to receive what they ordered on 1/27/2021.... except for me. I was told My jacket had been found the day after the rest were delivered, and Cam (sales associate in charge of our order) would deliver it to me the next day. My check for my order was cashed on December 7th. Here we are on January 29th, and I still have no jacket, can not get into contact with Cam, and havent even been offered a refund. I have tried to be patient as I know we are in the middle of a pandemic. I work in healthcare and know that supplies couldve been on back order, staffing couldve been short, hours couldve been cut back.... Id be more understanding to all of that if those delays or any other issues couldve been communicated to me, instead of being left in the dark. I most certainly would never go through this establishment again, not worth the headache.
