We were really pleased by the work that Sam and his team did for us. Ours was a major job - a full house refit over about 5 months - and they came in on budget and with a really satisfying quality of workmanship. Sam was good at working with us to turn somewhat vague instructions into good outcomes. And I've rarely seen people work harder than they did during the final push to get the project finished. We bumped into many charlatans and crooks during our building project, so it's really good to be able to say that Sam and his firm were the opposite: good, honest and reliable.

Sam and his guys renovated the downstairs of my house 3 years ago and any time I need anything doing now he's my first port of call as I know and trust him and the quality of his and his team's work. He built our extension, fitted the kitchen, opened up various internal walls, damp-proofed everything, lay new foundations, plastered and decorated, built our outdoor seating area as well as strengthening our roof rafters and roof and guttering repairs. It has all stood the test of time, it looks as though it was just done yesterday and we've had no problems with anything. The finish is always quality with Sam as he's a perfectionist. I highly recommend him.

We have used Sam and his team three times for projects for our home, the latest being a side return extension and refurbishment of the ground floor. From our first interaction with Sam, we have been impressed with his professionalism and quality of his work. Sam always wants to do a very high quality job and is transparent about what needs to be done and the expected costs. When issues arise (as they always do), Sam has shown that he is a good problem solver and finds a way to keep the project moving. Finally, as we are a busy family with 2 small children, it has always been important to us that we feel comfortable with the building team that is coming in and out of our home. We always felt extremely comfortable with Sam and his team - they are clean, courteous and extremely trustworthy. Sam has gone above and beyond to deliver us a good result and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

You can do no wrong with Sam!
