Unprofessional. After being rudely rushed off the phone several times to get some information, I took their strong suggestion and emailed them my printing ideas as they assured me they would get back to me with quotes and questions of their own. It's been 11 days & counting...

This company have no respect for other peoples time and they are good liars too. I called them to get a simple price quote and this woman Laura told me that she will email me the price right away . I waited all day for her email and did not get any price quote. Then next day I called again and she said she will email me my price quote today but I did not get anything again. Then next day I called them third time and asked them why are you not sending me my price quote and some guy told me we will email you the price today before they close. Again I did not get anything from them. Then I called for the fourth time and nobody answered the phone so I left a voice message requesting the price . Nobody called me or anything. So I waited almost two weeks and finally I got email from them with over charged price. Then I picked up the phone and called another printing shop and they gave me the reasonable price quote right on spot without waiting for two weeks. If your time is important to you please do not go to this shop, instead find another shop . There are lots of printing shops out there. This is NYC and time is money and these people care less for your time. They only care for their time. Its very selfish but true.

Pete and Laura at Pete's print shop are awesome small business owner's who strive to provide high quality products with great customer service. They provided our brand 3 day turn around of printing for an important client dinner. During the project there was a snow storm that closed down numerous businesses and impacted part of our shirt delivery from the warehouse. Pete and his team stepped up and put in extra hours and ensured the shirts were delivered directly to the event venue on time and with outstanding print quality. Cheers to Pete's Printshop for being awesome folks and extremely reliable.

Worst shop I've worked with 5+ years in this business, no form of open communication, they will cheapstake you for the quality of the print if you aren't specific. Shipping issues, costs me heavy delays and even lost a package (which wasn't really their fault) but I offered to pick it up but it just wasn't ready in time at the studio in Brooklyn. They outsourced my order without telling me too which usually means they took a cut off the top because they didn't have the proper equipment for the job. Stay away all clothing brands!
