medical staff is great! very professional! Do NOT PORCHASE YOUR PERSCRIPTION GLASSES THERE!!! Eyewear department is not very candid/truthful on what your options are. They will upsell you basing on what is free or covered on your insurance. Then will direct you immediately to the more expensive glasses section. In addition, they will make it difficult for you to cancel your order. I called within 24 hours to cancel my glasses due to emergency financial reasons. The eyewear personnel tells me that it has been submitted and cannot be withdrawn. This is for a set of glasses that will take two week to deliver. Better off buying your glasses prescription at Walmart.

I went to the location in North Fort Worth this morning. The receptionist handed me the paperwork to fill out and after just a few minutes, tells me she wants to see the paperwork. She advised she has to make sure I already signed the consent forms or she can't do a chart on me. I've never been advised that at any doctor's office before. She then advised I'd be charged 20% of the total cost of the visit and the refraction fee. I am aware my insurance is an 80/20 plan but when my husband asked for an estimate on the 20%, she advised she had no idea what the final bill will be. "I can't tell you that." I am not comfortable going to a doctor's office and not being able to get at least an estimate up front. Every doctor I have gone to advised the charge or at least an estimate before any paperwork was filled out. We left.

Ive been getting my annual eye exam here for 6 years now. I also had Lasix here. I highly recommend this facility. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr. Agnew explains everything in detail and what that means to my eye health over the next year and compared to the previous year. I havent seen any other doctors here but Im sure they are just as awesome. The staff is wonderful.

Office workers and supervisor are very rude, incompetent and not flexible. I waited an appointment 2 month, I got message and warned call from office. They did not warn me to get ID and cancel existed appointment just because my 88 years mother didn't have physical (just on the phone) ID. Shame on you!!!
