My son was seen yesterday and our experience was very unpleasant. No one was friendly not even the receptionist! it made me feel very uncomfortable. It was also not child friendly either! and this was my childs first time going to an eye doctor as well. You can tell they dont take pride in there job and establishment. Also when it came time to diagnose him Dr. Boards assistant used google to figure out what she needed to write! & she was also extremely unpleasant an does not work well with children at all! She made me even more uncomfortable! we will not be going back & I will spread the word to my childs pediatrician in hopes they can refer ALL patients to some one else!
Ive gone to this office twice in two years now and tried to two different doctors and while Dr. Tailor was better, this office just seems super overbooked and unorganized. The wait time takes forever there and if you need to call the office to ask a question or anything, no one is going to pick up the phone. Ive been calling all week to ask a question about a prescription and cant even get anyone to pick up the phone after waiting 10-15 minutes on the phone. The front desk staff is wonderful and helpful while youre there but it seems like they book 100 people for the same appointments making the wait and visit overall super long. I will not be returning to this office again.

A wonderful place I have been a patient since middle school. Now I am fully grown adult. I am a bit upset today spoke with a lady name Tina in the dispensary dept and she was very short and rude with me and had such a nasty attitude. I was only trying to order contacts and get info about my coverage for my eye plan. She was not helpful at all. I dont ever want her to help me again. I understand we all have bad days but my goodness if you dont like your job then find another one .

Tried getting my 4 year old glasses twice. The guy ordered one pair of glasses for him to be able to try on and said it would be a few days and its been 3 weeks. Didnt offer a single alternative. Both assistants rude both times. Not friendly. Didnt try to go over any options with us. Pretty much just stared at us like we were supposed to know what questions to ask or know what to do. This is completely new territory for him getting his first pair of glasses and they just acted like we were a huge inconvenience to even be there. So sorry for wanting you to do your job.
