Their recruiters Cheyenne and Kailey are highly unprofessional. In November, Cheyenne admitted to throwing out multiple of my applications over the course of 3 months, accused me of harassment because I called wondering why I didn't even get a comfirmation email for multiple applications over the course of 3 months, and proceeded to launch personal insults at me because I asked to speak to a recruiter to get this straightened out. I was actually told, explicitly, that Cheyenne wouldn't be available to speak for a week because she was on vacation, so receiving an angry call and be attacked was a special surprise. The reception has admitted, unprompted, that Cheyenne has been an issue for many candidates without any repercussions. As for Kailey, since February, I have tried getting in contact with her after the reception said that is who I needed to speak to in order to get a new recruiter. Since February, I have followed up at least 15 times, half of which have been since June 11. I was once told she would be in the next day at 10am. When I called they said 3pm. When I called at 3 they said she left at 2. At this point, it's intentional. They also screen my personal phone number and just let it ring. Don't bother trying to speak to HR. Nicole, the Sr. HR Business Manager, was absolutely no help in making sure that Cheyenne was reprimended or assignimg a new recruiter despite emails that say she would do just that. They actually said she wasn't the person in charge of recruiter complaints for weeks. Avoid like the plague. Chances are they won't help you find work, anyway.

It looks like I've had a similar experience to others. I have been getting jobs sent me for the past year and have replied - often within minutes - with my cv and details. Not once have I ever heard back from them. I don't know if they're placing anyone in these roles but I'm not wasting any more time responding to the emails and just took myself off the list. Extremely unprofessional.

WARNING! SSN scam: I probably sent them my resume 100 times through their email relays. Im not incompetent, I can comfortably say im top candidate when recruiting. I even called and asked if there was someone I could email directly because I never hear back. Theres not. Then, get this, if you do hear back, they ask for your social before you even have any initial interview with them. Total scam. They try to trick you and claim they have to do an I9. Youre not allowed to ask for specific documents for an I9...
