Terrible customer service, the paralegal Avery (and after she left, Emily) were not prompt with following up on important information. I asked for clarification regarding my case, and was refused an explanation via e-mail for over 2 months. I was trying to understand why my assigned lawyer/paralegal team had not brought up to the court the misinformation that was written on the report under penalty of perjury (body cam footage would easily disprove some claims made on the report). I ended up reaching out to Tom Anelli himself, who also ignored my concern about this. I would not recommend this company, my case felt like it was not handled professionally and communication was a headache.

What a Joke my loyer showed up 615 for a 6 o clock. The conversation she had with the DA ended in her shouting whatever twice infront of every one . That was the first impression. I probably should have ended it and asked for a refund then . We are now 6 months later I went to Cort for the final time . They sent a loyer who was not the loyer I had been working with. Ended with me pretty much paying $4,500 to get the same ruling I would have from the da day 1 myself. Also the court didn't have my Vip or my medical evaluation wich I completed a month befor my first of many court dates . So I have to wonder how much information did I provide for myself to Just get neglected. The attorney that showed on my last aperance was mostly concerned with getting in and out quickly . Yea kuz that's the most important part. I had 0 points a cleen MVR over 10 years. I feel this survice was Just an added expense and the attorneys I dealt with were ready to roll over . Nys has something called a no masking law meaning you eather get aquited Or you get an alcohol related offense. So unless you were no whare near a drop of alcohol the night of question they can't do a thing for you. CDL suspended 1 year 90 days for my license.

My daughter had a very complicated case. It took a long time as the pandemic caused many delays. Krystal had the patience of a saint dealing with a troubled client who needed much support. I dont know how she kept her patience but she did and had to deal with a very unfriendly court besides. The outcome was the best we had hoped for under challenging circumstances. Then the court messed up the agreements after all was over with, and she helped me out within that too!! If you really need help, especially if you have prior convictions, Krystal is the one who can do it at Anellis Law Firm!! I appreciate all of her effort on behalf of my daughter, who was not an easy client!! Well worth any money spent as my daughter is everything to me!! Thanks again Krystal

Krystal is an amazing attorney. She really cares about her client and wants the best outcome for everyone involved. She was honest the entire way and worked very hard.

Got the same outcome as if I has a public defender asked numerous times will have my lisence back in 90 days after sentence same answer yes it's been a full year and still no d.l. called them to help and they won't help never hire a lawyer again if this is what 7 grand looks like your better off with a public defender
