Poor customer service, No response, never return call Or email . I spend two months for nothing And called for nothing and same answers. I don't know! How long it takes
This dealer does not honor appointments, lies to customers on there face and does not treat their customers with respect. I had scheduled a test drive for a particular model and they confirmed it on email. However when I reached this place, they told me that they dont have that model and will not have it in stock for a year. Then why did you confirm the appointment in the first place? The salesman had no manners at all and kept entertaining other people who walked in while asking me to wait and even took a 10 minute phone call in middle of a conversation. If you do not have cars and wont have for another year (thats what I was told.. we are really low on stocks and do not have anything because of covid and supply chain issues) then do everyone a favor maybe close your sales business so that you dont waste peoples time and money? No one made a follow up on the feedback I left after my appointment. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
