I gotta say Im really surprised and upset that I have been put in this situation. I have purchased 3 cars so far two 5 series and one 7 series. I am loyal and we do like BMW. But, I had to take my car in to get minor fixes so they gave me a loaner the key fob battery is not working and Im far away and dont want to get stuck anywhere. They have to check their keys ALL THE TIME. Its not good business to put someone in this predicament. Also, when you give a loaner they must fill the tank for the customer. When I received the loaner it was not filled and they expect me to fill what I used. How can one gage how much they used exactly if its not filled from the start? Just surprised coming from BMW. Its the little things I guess, when you pay A LOT FOR YOUR CAR YOU EXPECT THE BEST! I guess Ill think otherwise when getting my next car.

You wrote a review for Vista BMW Coconut Creek 2 minutes ago 1.0 star rating5/29/2022 Avoid Avoid Avoid like the plague. I have never been to a worse BMW dealership and i have purchased 7 BMW's . Scam artists beyond belief. Even if you GO do not find MOE Ok but lets rewind. I went it to test drive a 4 series and buy a new one. I had a build for the car since they dont keep cars in stock. In the middle of the test drive while my current 4 series is being appraised they start throwing a fit about the fact that we were doing the test drive by making harassing calls to my sales person. Speechless. why are you calling him amidst the test drive? poor guy was so frazzled. Anyways i already had a bad feeling. The gave me papers to charge $10000 OVER MSRP. yes you read i right. $10000 over MSRP of a $55000 car. so like 20% EXTRA MARKUP. For the trade in they offered me 13000 on a KBB value of 29000. yes you read that right. less than half of KBB. i thought it was funny so just started to walk out cause at this level of cheating i dont want to even waste my time. Along come MOE and he wants me to get EDUCATED. hahaha. not making this up. cause i know that they are ripping me off i need to get EDUCATED. hilarious. while the experience was terrible i give it 1 stars for the lolz.

I had a great experience at Vista BMW with Sam Assisi. He Provided amazing service. He gave me the best possible deal, he was extremely thorough in explaining all the features of the vehicle and made sure to provide me with as much time as i needed to test drive and look around. I was able to complete my paper work, get my insurance approved, and handle everything related to the car in under four hours. Sam moved quickly, he was extremely kind and professional. It was my first time buying a vehicle and I was really nervous about being taken advantage of. However, Vista BMW Coconut creek was the best choice and provided professional, transparent, and accessible service. Exceptional!
