Just bought a new pair of contacts on 5-13-19. It is 6-21-19, in just over a month being as gentle as i could and wearing contacts since i was in 7th grade and always getting business to the Davis family, i was told after a month that they could not help it had been too long. A MONTH!! Yearly contacts and they already tore? TF is this?? SMH. Going online from now on.
No complaint about the practitioners. Ordered a set of glasses, picked up through drive in window. Had to return immediately, as glasses were so large that they would not stay on. Tech bent them some, fit still not great. She said they were too large, which should have resulted in a new measurement and new order, but only offer was to bend them more. Expected more at almost $500. Will not get glasses here again.
I have been a patient for years, and LOVE this business and the people who work here!! Dr. Davis is very professional, efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend Newton Vision!!
The doctors and staff at Newton Vision Center are friendly, courteous and very respectful. The doctors, Dr. Rick Davis, Dr Kulesia, Dr. Matthew Davis and Dr. Hefner are top notch in their field. They are always on top of what is going on and they have a genuine concern for their patients and are a good Christian group of people. I think you will agree that we all have occasionally found problems or issues with various businesses or products that we purchase at one time or another, however, I think that if you should happen to encounter any problems as a patient or have issues with glasses or contacts, that you will find that Newton Vision Center will correct the problem and make it right. They will always treat you with dignity and respect that you deserve. You will find that the doctors and staff there are always professional in all that they do.
I spent over $500 on a pair of eyeglasses here and over the course of about 10 months had to take them back 5 times because the lenses kept popping out...I asked if I was to get a different frame if they would credit me for the obviously defective frames that I have and I was told that they would not give me any kind of credit. I think they should honor the products they sell. I will spend my money somewhere else next time.
