For starters Katie Mullen has not responded to my emails or phone call. She showed no sympathy for my injuries, someone who does have sympathy thinks about what they say to an injured person; last thing someone wants to hear is how they have to pay a medical bill due to someone else hitting them! Who knew that if you are a passenger in an Uber, Lyft, Taxi whatever-you have to pay a portion of the medical bills, WOW! That shouldn't be a law set in place. Not the lawyers fault but when the other party insurance pays for injuring you-that is expected and Katie Mullen should have never celebrated that as a victory; in the last email she did decide to respond to. I'm still receiving medical bills she say was taken care of. My injuries require life long therapy and my lawyer looks at it from a bill (dollar amount on paper) perspective and not so much as a human being thats in recovery. In a nutshell, if you want a cheap "quick" settlement and not someone who will get EVERYTHING you deserve then these are the guys for you!

Very disappointed. I have a pretty straight forward case and provided a ton of information. One year later and still no resolve and Im getting ghosted by The assigned lawyer. Have emailed multiple times and not received any updates, definitely would not recommend
