This customer decided to take it upon themselves to make their own adjustments on their lightbar! Thus, stripping out the internals of the lightbar and causing damage! As with any parts we install at our facilities, if any minor corrections need to be adjusted or a customer has a concern, please give us the professionals the knowledge and information FIRST to help! We apologize for your experience and we hope to earn your business in the future! As for the part, of course it wouldn't be covered under warranty after being tampered with and the wiring was done to specs, but someone spliced the wire as well by tampering with the product! I had a screw come off my light bar. I went to Extreme Offroad in Katy, TX and they were very quick to replace it, and only charged me $20 for the screw and the "manual labor" to replace the screw. Two months later, the screw fell out. They said they had good news and bad. The bad news is the inside of the light bar was "stripped" and they wouldn't be able to put another screw in place, but for $450 and $75 installation they would gladly give me a new light bar! Gee thanks! I said no, and that I would just leave and take the light bar off when I got home (knowing good and well my friends over at Allout Offroad Performance would be able to get the light-bar bolted on securely even if Extreme Offroad couldn't. After I said no, he said, well I'm charging you $37 dollars for the labor anyway so we'll take it off for you. I said ok. They didn't just "take it off"... THEY CUT THE WIRING to take it off, so the light-bar is now useless and now I have no choice but to buy a new one!!!! You owe me a new lightbar Extreme Offroad!!!

By far the best shop in the Houston Area . I had my truck for 5 years and put over 60k miles on the lift and never had an issue. Austin spent countless hours working with me to make my truck exactly how I wanted it. I mean their work speaks for itself, if you dont believe me than just swing on by and check it out for yourself, I promise you wont be disappointed. Extreme offroad will forever have my business even if I have to drive all the way across town. Thanks again to all the guys at Extreme for your top of the line service.

First off 100% satisfaction. Adrain @ extreme had perfect custom service and far exceeded my expectation. Ive taken my vehicle to Extreme offroad on two occasions both times the job was completed on or before I was told and everything turned out perfectly. I recommend these guys and will definitely be back in the future! Thanks

Very expensive, asked for a price for a tuner, it would cost me double the price than getting it through the dealer, never again
