Customer service is really bad our agent was great but as soon as we started speaking with Classic American directly they would never answer the phone or just answer and say we will call back and never will and as far as the claims for homes they take really long or sometimes don't even go i put a claim for a cabinet on december and it is August and it still has not been fixed i have sent about 15 claim emails and just get the same answer we will send someone to assist and nobody ever shows up horrible service.

I bought a classic American home in June of 2020. I believe it was the first month the utility room drain was backed up so no clean clothes that day. About 6 months the power starts going out in certain rooms as I was gaming. The grout to the backsplash is coming off. I did contact the warranty department and they said it wasn't covered because it was cosmetic. The garage door has a ton of light coming through and when I called the warranty department they sent out a contractor which he said it was normal for water to come inside the garage. I had two doors start to not close properly which they did send contactors out again but all they do is sand the top where the door is scraping then they use caulk to paint the sanded area. Now the lights have started flickering and blacking out. Paint all over the shingles. Worst part is finding nails throughout the home because I have young kids. 18 May 2022 Update: Bugs have now started coming through under the baseboards and under the sinks. I had to pull the carpet away from the base and spray foam because of how bad the gap was from the dry wall. I had to also pull off the wood piece under the sink due to finding scorpions coming from the bathrooms. I had to spray foam into a crack they left where bugs could through. I can literally see the dry wall and foundation. The paint on all the cabinets are coming off and leaving everyone's clothes stained black. They don't prime before painting the cabinets. At this point please go with a different home builder people.

If you are considering buying a Classic American Home please reconsider!!!When you invest your money into a brand new home you expect everything to be perfect. This home was rushed and poorly put together. We were supposed to have re-inspection to see if all areas had been fixed. As you can see from the pictures we still have the initial tagged areas not fixed. Im not sure who painted the home but its literally paint everywhere. Its paint all over the floors and the paint is not flushed. We have not been here quite two months and the things weve found and noticed still wow me. I am happy we are military and this is not our forever home because the rush job has us completely appalled. Please take your time and look at other builders. If we could sell right now and break even we would be completely grateful.
