Weve been going to Bill Miller for years. Picked up some food today at the drive thru and noticed after we got home they had forgotten to include a order of small fries that I paid for. I called the restaurant to ask that they please credit them back on my card and was told they are not allowed to do that and that I needed to come back to get the fries. I shared I was unable to come back and just needed to get the credit back on my card. I was then told I should come by the restaurant some other time to get the fries. I dont want the Fries I just want to my money back and its ridiculous to make the customer go out of their way because of a mistake they made. For their to be a policy that does not allow to credit back someones card shows they do not trust their employees and definitely do lot value their customers.

Would have been a 1/5 if manager didn't offer two deserts. Waited for 40 mins for my order d/t mashed potatoes being freshly prepared along with a beef, sausage, rib plate. Tasty food overall. Sausage trumps all three meats.
