Wouldn't really recommend this place. I stick to hobby lobby and Jo Ann's fabric. She didn't know what she had in stock. And she seemed like she didn't want us in the store. If I could give this place a half a star or no star I would.

Beautiful and random assortment of sewing items. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking in most employees. I've had 3 visits where I've interacted with employees/owners who are impatient and grumpy. Alternatively, employee named Lynn is wonderful-- kind, patient, helpful. It is possible, perhaps, that I misinterpreted the situation, however. Sometimes we aren't aware of how we come off to one another.

I always enjoy the classes I have taken here. I love there fabric selection. I think its very important to support small businesses for our community. I feel you get excellent customer service. If I have a question or in need of sewing tips or technique they have always answered to my satisfaction. They are always knowledgeable unlike chain fabric stores. I dont think it's fair to compare small businesses to a chain establishment. This local business is purely Americana and I will always support .

At Stitchology we have a motto: People over Profits and that means with every business decision I make I consider the safety and health of my employees, my customers and my community as a whole, and I believe that if I can offer our great services and items in a safer manner it is my responsibility to do so. Due to the state of the Covid-19 pandemic, I have made the difficult decision to remain closed to in-store shopping for the time being. We offer online shopping and if you want to see or touch anything before you buy we invite you to come "window shop" where we will bring you ANY of our items outside for you to view.
