Absolutely terrible. We were issued a fine by the council because they failed to collect the rubbish on time. We have tried to resolve this issue for weeks now and have them pay for the fine which was issued because of their mistake. However they refuse to take responsibility. Don't bother using them!

The perfect example of being unprofessional and unreliable They do not keep their side of contract; they disregard any complaints. The management is poor and have no knowledge of how to manage clients. The money paid to this company is a waste. calls and email to this company are a waste of time, as this company simply DO NOT CARE. They take money and give nothing back, also do not log any correspondence that you send. Make you wait for replacements for weeks on end while recycleing waste builds up. No point in usinig a company that lies about what they do.
