As the owner of the store, I apologize for the lack of service that occurred on 6/28. I will address the situation with my staff as I was not in the store that day. I would never spend money at this store. We went there at 1:50 pm and they were closed when they both said on the phone as we approached the store 5hst they close at 2:00pm. The door said 2:00 also. They would nor let us in even though not 2 yet. We traveled from out of state. In believable how they ignorded us... and then a woman walked up to the door and was just shaking her head. What happened to customer service?

Very knowledgeable staff. Received more information regarding orthotics and inserts and specific ideas for someone with two different sized feet than I have ever received in my life. Wished I lived closer. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 stars, I would. Great selection of shoes at good prices. High quality shoes.
