DON'T let this liars into your property. They will lie on the report. My carpet was fitted and on the very first day orange marks started to appear. The report stated the customer uses bleaching products on the carpert. Why the HELL would be use any cleaning products on a carpert that cost 45 sq.

I have NEVER dealt with a more inefficient firm,we were flooded at Christmas,their rep came,he was shown the carpets we required he measured up & left,weeks later we received a call from the carpet fitters to arrange fitting,they arrived with the same carpet for both rooms not the two carpets as ordered,then last week after nearly three months with furniture piled everywhere another rep; came all apologies & promised to order the right one straight away & he would give us a call in an hour,WE'RE STILL WAITING,we are getting ANOTHER rep;coming on Wednesday, the first two reps;should be re-trained.
