We're closed on Saturdays. Our work hours are from 9-6 Monday-Fridays. It's posted on the website, Google, Yelp, and stated on the answering machine. There's only one person that works at Quality Live Scan. Not sure who you spoke with. There were no other customers because we're closed on the weekends. I'm certain if you come back during normal business hours, you'll be in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for the review.

Thank you for the review. Our roll fee here is $20. Our prices are very competitive in the city of Riverside. I don't understand what you mean when you said you got your prints done 2 times? I submitt prints to the DOJ and possibly the FBI if required. They receive it instantly. Government wants us to tell all our customers to wait 30 days. I explain this every time to every customer. I'm not really sure what you mean by rushing off to see a movie? Running multiple business does not leave much time to watch movies. If I'm on the computer, I'm working on accounts. I do play something on TV for my customers to help them relax while they wait. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Again, thank you for the review. Happy Holidays.

more pricey than I expected. I've had to get my fingerprints done 2 times and they still won't go through. every time I contact, I don't hear back, and when I do they say it hasn't even been submitted to the court yet. the same guy who's done my fingerprint is pretty unprofessional and was rude. he tried rushing things to get back to the movie that was playing on his computer.
