I had a good e-mail experience with Alex but when I went to pickup the item it did not go well. It was a sweater with a logo for an organization I am affiliated with; a representative from the organization recommended Pacific Apparel. I disclosed this during the multiple emails and even showed Alex an email from the representative that he was familiar with but his inquiry and insinuation that I may be purchasing the item for less than legitimate purposes continued. The item seems of good quality and the logo is fine but I will never use Pacific Apparel again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.
Owner Alex was totally unprofessional. At arrival to pick up my order it was Incorrect as it wasnt what I ordered. He was probably not having a good day . He confronted his employee to confirm order payment agreement. It was not her fault even though he made it seem it was, she was great! Theres more to the story but dont want to go into detail . Alex the owner was yelling at me the whole time he was giving me my money back . I dont wish any other customers to go through this its totally unfair. But I just sucked it up, I felt like I was the bigger person by not fighting back . I dont wish anyone to go through this . Nothing against his business but the owner could of been more professional and kept his word. At the end off the day is his lost. Thank you great day !
We went to this shop to get some hats. They had all the hats in stock and even gave us a complimentary hat. I wear these company hats every where i go now. Thanks guys and gals for all the help
Excellent quality. Unmatched customer service. Transparent communication. Reasonable prices. Alex (owner) has handles every engagement with professionalism. You are treated as a VIP customer from day one. I will be going to Pacific Apparel for all of my future custom clothing needs. I would give Pacific Apparel 6 stars if I could!
I really hate to write a review like this, but the more I process the experience, the more I feel it is important to do so. Pacific apparel embroidered a stocking for my sons first Christmas several years ago. It was perfect. It matched my existing stockings embroidery size and font, which was the reason I sought their services. This year, we added a new member to our home and I was so excited to go to pacific apparel to replicate my prior experience. Upon entering the shop, the male shop owner insisted that he had not embroidered my sons stocking several years ago. I insisted they had. He found the record upon my insistence, because of course he did. Said record gave him the exact font size, exact color, exact dimensions, etc. Replicating the success of that embroidery should have been simple given all the information they had in their own system about a successful prior transaction. ** note, the stocking to be embroidered was the exact same as several years ago, albeit blank. Yet, the shop owner proceeded to further mansplain me. He showed me the proof (the sample for approval). I told him the font was too large. He assured me it wasnt. I picked up this stocking today and it was, in fact, far too large font. The shop offered to credit back part of the price. But this in NO WAY makes up for ruining a stocking I purchased years ago anticipating a growing family and wanting matching stockings. Probably the worst part of all was being completely shut down by a know it all man- who in fact, did *not* know it all. Im so disappointed in this result. My husbands first reaction on seeing the new stocking? The font is too big. What a shame. If youre seeking attention to detail, skip this shop. If you cant replicate a prior experience - to the exact same specs, stored in your own system ?
