My husband was swindled by this company into believing that they would build him the Ferrari of websites (their words). Honesty, he would have been happy with a website that works. They have nickel and dimed him throughout the entire process. After an initial quote of $20k hes had up-charges for even the most basic functions that were functional on his previous site. Every issue can be fixed for more $money$ so he pays and its never fixed. Now that he is $40k in the hole, the website continues to malfunction, doesnt work on the weekends (and neither does trademark!) and has lost him tens of thousands of dollars in sales, frustrated his customers and soiled his reputation. The trademark team continues to turnover employees and give empty canned answers. The most recent answer was to provide a form for his costumers to list all of the issues theyre having! If you are a small business owner you work hard, around the clock, to build your business. These people DO NOT care. My husband has endured so much painstaking stress, lack of sleep and loss of business as they rake his finances and reputation through the coals. They are not capable of building a commerce website. They will lie to get your business but in reality they do not guarantee that anything will work and it wont! If it crashes on a weekend (and it will, frequently!)- you are out of luck. Please save yourself and your business the heartache. Do not trust them and do not waste your money. Steer clear of trademark productions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings. We can understand after having helped hundreds of companies online over the past 23 years that starting and running an online business is a journey. Along this journey comes opportunities, and they can also uncover processes and connect dependencies that were never originally considered. These help a business to learn; recognize faults and the necessary changes required to guide future growth to profitability. These statements are not factually accurate, and that the problems arose when they introduced a third party to the relationship. As Good Works Tractors suggested, we also welcome anyone to inquire with us about starting an online business before they begin. As a reader can see their experience is not typical with our feedback posted publicly over the past 10+ years. Nevertheless, we wish nothing but the best for Good Works Tractors in the future.

As a fellow business owner, I don't take leaving negative feedback lightly. I know the impact it has on a business and very, very rarely do so. In this case, I feel that NOT leaving negative reviews of my experience with Trademark would be a disservice to anyone else who makes the mistake of engaging with them. This review will eventually be updated to include a thorough recount of my experience with Trademark over the last 12 months. I have over $40,000 wrapped up into a website with Trademark. I was promised a high performance Ferrari, but received something much more comparable to a glitch-riddled prototype. After all of this, Trademark bailed on me. Never delivered a fully functional site. Left me with a site that crashes randomly and blames us (their client), left me with a site that doesn't allow customers to checkout if certain items are in their cart, left me with a site that doesn't allow me to ship freight which was one of the core functionalities that was required. This is just touching the tip of the iceberg. Let alone, the three different project managers or main points of contact over the course of 12 months, the lack of communication and organization, and lack of transparency about what is expected from the client. Again, it is an essay to explain all of the reasons you should avoid this company and don't be fooled by their confident answers or sales pitches. They gave me three or four days to find another developer before they closed things down. The type of move that only a subpar, poorly managed company would do. However, the Lord watches over me. Just the day prior to being told that we're being "fired", another developer randomly reached out and wanted to work with us. They are experienced in Wordpress and WooCommerce and within days had fixed several big issues and have real solutions for most of the others. The Lord works in mysterious ways. Trademark chose to reinvent the wheel and build an overly complicated and delicate website instead of using tried and true templates with small tweaks. This lead to crippling performance issues including multiple periods of time when our website simply didn't work. No one could use or buy anything on our site. It took Trademark days (each time) to get things back up and running. They focused more on finding who's fault it was without even fully fixing the problem. We never asked for them to play the blame game, we asked and hired them to give us a website that worked. That wasn't their focus. That's enough for now. Living through this nightmare still haunts me. It affected my family as well as myself. I couldn't sleep, I was stressed out, and just disconnected for long periods of time. My wife was a sounding board for all of the stress that Trademark had caused. I have employees to pay, bills to pay, and customers that want to order products, but can't. My livelihood and the business that I built up from the ground was, all of a sudden, soundly in the shaky hands of Trademark and that was a mistake I never should have made. As such, they have chosen to find a clause in their contract that places blame on me for not completing the site on schedule. They said the site would be done roughly two months after beginning, yet it didn't launch until 8 months later. They think that's my fault. Pretty amusing. Do not do business with this company. I implore you. Anyone, at any time, is welcome to reach out to me for more details if you're considering them. If things get hard, they will bail, they will look to blame you, they will send you cease and desist letters, they will find clauses to bill you for more even after not delivering what was promised in the first place.
