I first purchased a NURCD116 cash drawer for $129. Was manual and electronic. Drawer would not open. Called Nurol and they said even though it was electronic, I could still use it manually. I said the drawer won't budge. They told me to "turn the key" Finally got a return authorization and they said if I paid the freight and after they confirmed it was defective they would reimburse me the freight. I called 4 days after I sent the defective drawer and the man with the British accent told me " we have all ready resold that to another customer,it was fine". I just needed to turn the key. At this point my patience was done and told him he needed to rethink his decision. A different man called the next day. The freight was $64. They sent me $18.00 The customer service was so bad I gave up. The replacement drawer is a HP123. Half the time you close the drawer it won't self latch. Customer service matches the product quality.
I have been doing business with Nurol for 6 months now and the team is very responsive, knowledgeable and accommodating. Definitely industry experts in the Point of Sale arena.
