The bags extremely cheap looking. The quality was horrible. I called to get a returned. They take you through so much to return. I just counted it as a loss. Please do not order from them. The quality is horrible. You will get better bags from Dollar General.

The items came pretty quickly and the quality of the bag was as I expected. My only problem is the terrible smell. I have been airing them outside and it does seem to help but my next try is to spritz them with a vinegar and water mixture to try to get rid of the odor.

I ordered surgical masks from BagzDepot and received them in 2 weeks after the order. Considering how hard it is right now to find surgical masks for everyday people, I think this is reasonable. The masks were mailed to me from California to the East Coast so if you live closer to California you may get it sooner. I am very satisfied with the quality of the masks and have ordered more.

I received bags that smelled so bad of mildew they made the entire office smell. We couldnt get rid of the smell and couldnt use any of the bags. BagDepot refused to refund my shipping and I had to pay to return the damaged ones. Terrible customer service, beware of this company.
