Provide a very poor maintenance service. Five weeks after a lift was reported to them as not working, the lift has still not been repaired with no sign of it been fixed anytime soon. Residents having to climb 7 flights of stairs each day. Showing no urgency whatsoever.

I witnessed one of their drivers park in the disabled parking bays at Asda Cheser in Edinburgh this morning. U I didn't seen any blue badge and the car park was empty. There is really no need for this as these spaces as specifically. Poor show when representing a company.
