I'd like to talk to Alexander as none of the staff here can remember dealing with him or the company Tamari? I've searched our database and there is no customer history for him. Nothing from that review rings a bell with any of us here, seems very odd. We'd have certainly remembered anyone who had that poor of an experience. We've totally revamped the company recently and have nothing but positive feedback. Please call me at your convenience, 303-292-3331. Thanks, Scot.

Product quality wasn't the best for the price, turnaround wasn't terrific, customer service is lacking, products received were incorrectly proofed (very low image quality) and embroidered with errors. First and last time ordering from Rocky Mountain Apparel
Unprofessional and a bit sloppy. Tried to get a design ready for embroider and experienced poor communication throughout. The renderings that came back were markedly different than the design or my requests with no explanation. Multiple iterations with different issues. Had to catch the differences and ask about them to get them changed. Expressed frustration for the communication challenges over email and that frustration was ignored, not even mentioned in following communications, no attempt to apologize or reply to the points I raised. I eventually decided to pick up the garments and go to a different shop. I'm sure they'd say I was a difficult customer. Ours was a small order, but I'd expect better service, generally. Had an order with them go smoothly about five years ago hence the two, not one, star.
Im really sorry Chuck that youre disappointed that we have had to suspend contract embroidery services for new customers temporarily. As a company we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, which is why weve had to make the tough choice to embroider only garments that we supply for new customers. I hope you understand that it is important to us that we do not over-commit to new contract-only customers by taking orders if we cannot deliver in a timely manner. We will not commit to any orders that we cannot produce. Four of our local competitors have closed unexpectedly in a span of less 4 months increasing demand for our embroidery services, more than ever. Weve invested in more machinery and more staff to try and accommodate for the sudden increase in demand. Even with the adjustments weve made please understand that we only have so many machines, so many hands, and so many hours in a day. The one thing we cannot produce is time. We do offer embroidery services, and the pricing for the garments we offer is very competitiveoften lower than MSRP or retail pricing for the same brand name items that you find in the stores. As much as we would love to be able to accommodate every order that comes to our door, I hope you understand that weve this is a temporary decision in order to generate the necessary profit to make the significant investment to increase staffing and machinery. There are a lot of great companies out there Chuck, I hope you were able to find one to help you with what you needed

Horrible customer service. They advertise themselves as providing embroidery service but you soon find out they won't embroider anything they don't sell you.
