ZERO STARS- Horrible I was hoping to show my texts as proof of how incredibly unprofessional, and inconsiderate the owner of the shop is. I asked for a couple hoodies made for a dog walking business Im starting, he told me Friday last week And every day since then weve been texting and he says today today WELL its nearly Friday a week later and still NOTHING incredibly rude, people are trying to make money again The very least you can do is communicate with them, as they try and support your business! DO NOT recommend for reliability reasons! Super rude never once apologized or even acknowledged his wrongdoing.

Placed an order 11/16/21 to be ready by 12/13/21. I was told the product would be ready in time. I called the day of to see what time my products would be available for pick up. The manager informed me that the product would not be ready until Monday, after the promised date. I requested a refund on 12/13/21. I was told the refund was processed and I never received it. I emailed several times to get the refund resolved and have been ignored. Same with phone calls. Save your money and do business elsewhere.
