I have been coming to Envision Eyecare for years and have also received top notch service. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Parking can be a challenge at times but it is worth it! Update! Policies have changed. You know have to wait for a week or more to get your glasses (new lenses) adjusted. Even though I was told to walk in to get my glasses adjusted just 2 months ago. I dont mind the policy, just be consistent and not be condescending when questioning the inconsistency.

I just had my first experience at Envision Eyecare. What a wonderful place! The staff's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The young lady I initially worked with was patient, explained every step of what was being done and completed the necessary tests efficiently and with a great big smile. She was very sincere and helped to put me at ease. Dr. Wallace came in shortly after the tests were completed. I barely waited 3 minutes for him to arrive. Once again - I found him to be extremely patient as well. Determining levels of blurriness can be difficult, but Dr. Wallace calmly kept repeating the lens choices for me. I was grateful that Dr. Wallace took his time and advised me of everything he was doing, in order to get me the correct prescription. I would encourage anyone to go to Envision Eyecare for high quality service, for their friendliness, their accommodations, professionalism and the cleanliness of the office. Thank you Envision Eyecare.

Unprofessional . My prescription was written with an expiration date of one year. Under Florida state law the doctor is required to write a 2 year prescription unless underlying issues require you to be seen more often (with my eyes is not the case) . I was also denied a year supply because of the expiration date. I had my year supply filled by a professional that is aware of the law. (=
