I want to review how I been getting shirts printed from this company for over 5 years and was quite Happy to patronize this local print company. I'm very disappointed on how they handled the issue with my Tshirts. I ordered a bulk of 17 shirts to brand my business and the print was not as it should have been. Now I did notify them immediately about how I wasn't very Happy and they wanted to take a closer look at what happened. Well a few days later got a generic email with a test saying this is a better print but it's not a big difference and we are sorry but it is what it is. So I am like okay I see but what can you do because I'm not happy with shirts. Is there a discount refund ect. Well no response for 6 days and the response was generic and stating that it was basically my issue with the design. In fact there is no issue because the dpi resolution is over 500 dpi because it was specifically a T shirt Design. Again didn't want to own up to a serious issue of print quality. They held my shirts for 6 days and then to finally say refund or take the shirts back. Wow 6 days 3 weeks lost and No real apology and No Resolution. I took the shirts back because in the end I got screwed.

It was expensive for one t-shirt w/pic (about $35). Then, of course, lettering was extra $. It took about an hour. I was told you can bring a new, clean t-shirt to get customized (unworn). The young lady was very nice. Seems like it was a family ran business. It was nice to get what I needed same day & within an hour. It's probably more beneficial to get things customized in bulk here.

I have been a customer of Clockwise for 7 years. The quality of their printing and their customer service has been nothing short of superb [and I am very picky]. Recently, I have used their Print on Demand service and the process is seamless. I can't express how easy it is to integrate my new products on Shopify to Clockwise's Print on Demand program. If you are looking for screen printing, embroidery, or printing on demand, they are the best!

Attempted to reach out regarding an order of 40 shirts I needed printed. They proceeded to tell me I needed 48 shirts for a customer supplied order. Told them that I would purchase 8 hoodies from them to make the order 48 but they still wouldnt work with me. Didnt even get a chance to work with them but I still would not recommend just off of professionalism.
