Extremely unprofessional and rushed work. We found beer bottles and beer bottle caps all over and even inside the air ducts, not to mention that the whole home was filthy after they completed cleaning it. Materials for construction are very cheap, even if you pay for the upgrades. Also, don't trust their warranty and make claims as soon as you see them, regardless of them promising to take care of issues later. Don't wait! It's a scam they try to use to make you wait until you're out of the 1 year warranty.

While the sales point of contact was great, there were other aspects that were not. After talking with them for about a month, we were never able to meet the actual builder. We were told we could meet him when we signed. They would not give us a list of their subcontractors, because they didn't know what trades would be used on our home. This was a big red flag. In the end we chose a different builder.

Quartz Granite Design LLC as vendor has many reasons to give Clearview Homes 0 star 1. They pay contractors extremely low 2. They never paid our company for 3 houses Clearview Homes absolutely newer pays their contractor the correct amount They always try to avoid the correct payments Thats why we dont want deal with them Thank you for not buying the house from them
