Horrible customer service! We have not received a deposit on our account in over a month after being a loyal customer for over 3 years. This is obviously affecting our business tremendously in a negative way and Merchant Industry company is showing no sense of urgency to rectify the situation!
Honestly, I can barely remember what my restaurant was like before Merchant Industry brought best-in-class POS terminals to it. These have revolutionized operations in a variety of ways. Mainly, staff members dont make as many errors as they did when operating the old systems, and I believe this is mainly because these systems are a lot less clunky. Also, the terminals are sleek, and they go with surrounding decor quite well; since this is a fine dining establishment, thats huge. Plus, I can get detailed reports printed quickly at the end of the night, which is refreshing and welcomed for someone like me who makes the most of every second. Rarely do I come across businesses as good as Merchant Industry. Theyre first-class, and even thats an understatement. Stay golden!
We first used this company last year in the middle of the pandemic and we firmly believe that they were the reason why we didnt go belly up like so many other companies did. We were actually saving so much money by using this place that we didnt even realize it.
It was all ok at the beginning, but after you used for a while you realized the rates you are getting is extremely high and they have many hidden rates and monthly charge. When you decided to stop the service, they took $930 right from your bank account without even notify you! They even sent you harassing letter telling you that the penalty will be like $4300! I had a real bad experience with this company. They tried to rip you off. It is very unethical to do business this way. I will NOT recommend this company to anybody.
