I worked for cheaptees on two occasions and they didn't pay me either time. The first time I left because the owner is a flighty micro-manager. The second time I worked for him it was contingent upon the demand he pay me for the first time I worked for him. He only made a partial payment, and it had to be dragged out of him. The second time, just weeks ago, I know he won't pay. He's is disreputable and to trust in him is foolish. I have to accept the fact I was his slave labor. I'll never see another red cent, because that's how he rolls.

I waited until the minute to order Tee shirts for my golf event. Thanks to Cheaptees, they came through in a pinch to help me out. The Customer Service Rep was very helpful with my design and the screen printing was spot on. They went above and beyond for me and Cheaptees is the Company I will be using for any future orders. They do not provide clear instructions for proofing artwork, which can significantly delay your order. They kept quoting a ship date after art approval, and it did not ship on the date quoted by Lois. Her exact words were. "They will ship on Monday, Tuesday (day 9 post art approval) at the latest." However, they shipped Wednesday (10 days post art approval not 5-7 as quoted on the website). So delivery was delayed by another weekend. All in all, it took over a month to receive the order. Lois was helpful and courteous, but others were not very helpful or polite. Quality of the majority of the product was fair to good. However, when it was requested for a reprint of a few shirts due to the logo not being centered on the shirt or a logo that appeared crooked, we were offered a discount on future orders. The parents who purchased the shirts would prefer to wear one that is not off center or tilted, regardless if it is a flawed shirt or misprint.
