Has anyone who lives in the neighborhood noticed the beeping of trucks backing up and (what sounds like) loading and unloading of dumpsters...usually starting at 3 or 4 AM? I live a mile away, but can feel the ground shake at least once a week.

Place to go for recycling with free paper shredder. I wish there are more organized and parking spots for a lot of nice citizens here

Seems they keep reducing the stuff they take... No plastic bags! Also if the foam you bring isn't a food container or breakable foam ball EPS packaging they won't take it. None of the flexible plasticky foam that seems very similar but won't snap in half. Also be ready with your appointment and ID...
