Hello Maritza, first of all we would apologize for the experience you encountered. The delays in the order was due to the shipment issues due to COVID-19. We explained you the different types of printing. Also the logo which was provided for printing would not be possible in the process you wanted. As per the embroidery it was liked by your friends and you and the hoodies which did not come out right, your request was to just do the embroidery on the side and it was done. Customer service is lacking. No one acknowledged me when I walked in, which made me wonder if I was in the right place. Felt like I was bothering them when I went to place my order and even when I went in to pick it up. They will never get any of business ever again.
