They called me last year because my bluehost WP site had some malware, they tried to help me scan and clean it, it did not work. I ended up moving my site to another server. One year later they billed me again for services not provided, how can they bill me for a site they have no access to scan or protect? Terrible customer experience, they had two accounts open for my domain and it looks like I only requested to close one account so I was billed again. These guys know that my site was outside of their control and they were not able to service it and they still wont refund me, they charged me $520. Im still trying to get our money back but they wont work with me.
I'm from Germany. Although speaking English fluently, it's not my mother tongue. That wasn't a problem at all. Site Lock helped me to clean my website from malware, within a couple of hours!
