Wow ..... what a company? First I emailed 2 weeks ago looking for a retailer to purchase a replacement monkey for my granddaughter. I never received a response. So today I called - spoke to an "Ira" - he basically refused to assist me in any shape or form, said they do not "deal" with individuals. All I continued to ask was for a name of a "middle-man" to call to find a retailer. After much attitude, I did ask his name and position - and found out he was in "customer service". I again practically begged for a name and when he again gave the attitude, I did slip and said he was "quite the ass" ...... much to my surprise, his response was "FU** OFF" ..... OMG I called back - a nice lady said she would have Steven Smith call me back. Steven called me - told me they had the recording and said there was no reason for me to call him an ass - I questioned the response I received (2 different times the phrase was used) - Steven said it was warranted and told me he did not want to deal with me AND THEN HUNG UP. I called back, really in disbelief .... Steven again came on the phone only to tell me "get a life" and hung up again. I really can't believe that this company could possibly be like this. I have personally ran a company since 1993 - I would NEVER treat a potential customer in this manner.
