Building stopped accepting all packages and instead added $15 per month to everyones lease for the courtesy of having all packaged rerouted to an offsite facility. Thats right: all residents are required to pay to slow down their packages.

Management is the worst we have ever encountered. We lived here for 2 years and moved out solely for this reason. There are better buildings with far better management in the the same price range.

Careful when looking here. Seems like a great place at first. Other buildings in the same price range have far better amenities for the price. Fitness center is very minimal. There is only one small "meeting room" you can reserve if you want to work from home, which gets booked up quickly. The "water feature" on the patio has been under construction since I got here. The apartment doors automatically lock, so if you step out into the hallway (i.e. to take the trash to the chute) remember your keys or you get locked out. Getting locked out wouldn't be a big deal but the doorman will not let you into your apartment until you agree to pay 50 dollars. Consider before renting here.
