Im sorry you feel as if we are sarcastic and snarkish as we are honest and straightforward about our ethics! Its a shame that you as a small business owner dont have the same attitude. Of course you most likely dont have complete strangers coming to your home either. So again, we appreciate your blunt criticism and do take it seriously.

I am researching breeders and wanted to check out Aztec. I am shocked at your responses to the negative reviews. I am a small business owner, and there are much more effective ways of getting your point across than sarcasm and snarkiness. We have a loving home that is ready for another dog, so its a shame that you will not get our business.
Compared to other places, including of course Pet Stores, and the amount of pre vet care they receive prior to leaving us, and what is included after, we feel our pricing is quite fair.

I got my Shi-Poo puppy, Libby, in February, 2020. She is the light of my life and my BFF. I had followed the website pictures for several months and when I saw Libbys photo, I knew she was the one. Shonda was easy to work with. She gave me a lot of puppy advice and sent us home with food, treats, a toy and even a blanket. The whole experience was excellent.
Thank you for talikng the time to give us a review. Unfortunately, like everything else, our prices have gone up to do the rise in everyday necessities to properly care for our fur kids and their parents. We hope in the future all costs of living will come down and we can all live comfortably again.

I bought a puppy here 3 years ago at an excellent price. I have checked back frequently to the site and have noticed the the prices have significantly increased. However, my lil guy is absolutely perfect!
We are sorry that you didn't have a delightful experience at 9:52 am, an hour before our business hours of 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, which is clearly stated on our website. You also made the decision to drive to our home without getting a response from us via text messaging to confirm. You were quoted pricing on puppies that you had inquired about, not on an additional puppy that you saw when you unexpectedly arrived. Our website states our pricing on each individual puppy, if you had looked there as we had referred you to do prior to visiting . As for the puppies smelling bad, we are not going to immerse them in water and bring them into the cold morning temperatures to show them to someone that was not confirmed to have an appointment. Our thoughts on this review, you were upset that you could not force us into taking less money for the puppy that you wanted and this is your way of "getting back" at us. Good luck in your search, and we are thankful we did not send one of our puppies home with you.

I was not happy with my experience. Had to wait for dog owner to get out of bed to get puppies ready to be seen. Was quoted a different price in person. Puppies smelled bad. We did have apt scheduled for 10 am. I was not able to see updated pics on website and asked if they could send via text. Messages went unresponsive. I'm not a vengeful person so in NO way would I be searching for a way to "get back" at owner. And yes, thank you, i did find a very beautiful puppy.
