APPAULING and DISGRACEFUL service from top to bottom - particularly the customer relations person. Wrong item sent - still not delivered. Repeated appeal for rectification. Never at any point was there the slightest apology expressed - even after highlighting that point to staff. Avoid this shop like the plague if you place customer service at the top of your buying experience. Run run run away - tell your friends, your children, your childrens children.....

Twice we have been to this store and been served by the same very rude man, he made our child cry for no good reason. Was going to buy a few boards but will take our business elsewhere. Will never go back.

Absolutey stellar customer service by Leon and the team at Skate Connection today. We went in to see if they could point us in the right direction on fitting out a skateboard for our son and we were well and truly looked after right from the minute we walked in the door. Leon was incredibly knowledgeable and even put the whole board together with all the trucks, wheels, grip tape etc. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys! :)

I didn't end up buying anything, so I can't comment on the products at all. They did seem to have a big range of skate boards, skates, scooters and accessories however the customer service was terrible. Very rude. No one spoke to me when I entered the store and once I asked for help it seemed to be a huge inconvenience for them to answer my questions. Ultimately I can't buy from this store knowing that I would be condoning and rewarding their appealing customer service. Good luck to anyone that can.
