Great location. Courteous staff. But the hotel isnt at the standard of other 5 star hotels in London. The room was decent sized but not well-refined. Carpet was old. Walls needed paint.

A mixed experience to be honest. My wife and I were staying for 1 night, for shopping, eating and drinks. So good points, the food is very good, the drinks fab. My issues; Our booking had been arranged via a luxury travel agent and one booking they had been informed we would have a VIP experience, not sure what that included but we didnt get anything nor acknowledged. When we arrived the room type was wrong, reception quickly fixed but nevertheless annoying The room was okay, but honestly nothing special for the price. We were out for dinner but wanted to have a night cap in the secret bar as we had heard lots about it, but upon getting there we were told it was shut for a private function, we then asked for a night cap in the bar too which we were told it was closed and then final got a drink of champagne, in truth not good enough. And at the very least reception should have advised us of this on checking in so we didnt waste our time coming back when we could have just gone to another bar. It put a downer on the night in truth, especially as were there for one night. Personally I think there are better alternative hotels in london with some more wow factor , but it is nice in a very good location .

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location in central London. Stayed here for 7 nights on Business and enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms are meticulous and comfortable but the main advantage is the hotels location which is unbeatable. Guests also have access to Gym Box which is a fully equipped gym next doors. Would definitely stay at the hotel again upon my next visit to London!
