Good experience with my exam and glasses fitting. Staff and doctor were courteous and helpful. While I opted for designer frames, they were not pushed on me the way some shops might do. That said, I had to follow up twice in two weeks before my contact lenses were shipped to me. Only after my second follow up did they finally send my order. They expedited the shipment, which was appropriate and appreciated. However, I'd have greatly preferred no delay.
