It was pretty sad. I had high expectations after hearing all of the commercials on the radio. But it was essentially just a more poorly run Burlington with more suits. There were plenty of suits, yes. But the order of things was barely there. Barely any order to this warehouse sized room full of suits. Shoes were all over the floor, and this was by design. Some were just sitting on a folded out table, outside of boxes. I guess just come pick up a pair? There were at least signs indicating the sections. Ties, socks, etc. But overall, this was not even a "small suit store at the mall" level of effort. This was a "get some suits, and then throw everything else around it" type of effort, and it showed. I really don't think I'll be back, even if I did need a suit. Oh, the reason why I came was to look for a suit for my son. Don't even get me started on that nightmare of a "section."
I just left with EVERYTHING I needed for my son's prom. I have never purchased a suit before and didn't know where to begin. John had impeccable customer service. He helped my son with the sizing of the jacket, the pants, and the shirt. We even took his advice on the color of the bow tie. Thank you, John!
