!!! RIP OFF!!! Here is a real review from a real customer. My sister bought me a pen and a pad for my birthday. Try going back the next day to return it because I really didnt need it. Theyre telling me that their policy is a no return policy. Only exchange. I try talking to the store manager by the name of Cloudia. Rudest person ever for working at a high-end store where I just spent $730 for a pen and paper. There is no customer service to complain to because they are a private boutique.
