Purchased used minivan in late Nov 2021. Transaction went smooth and fast. Their aim is volume. However I was promised a few things as followup, .e.g, detailed wash, misc documents, information on missing key. I followed up by email twice and phone call a number of times. Never got a call back or response. It seems once you're out the door, you're no longer of interest to them, to the extent they won't follow through on promises that they've made. Also beware of dealer fee. They get you in the door with advertised low prices. However they tack on a flat dealer fee of 3k. They state it's non negotiable for their dealership. Their online prices are enticing, but add on the dealer fee and you're no better off than buying used direct from franchise dealership.

Update March 28th started this fiasco and its has ended May 14th. Finally got the registration. Thank you for finally be free of this place. Update 2 weeks later From point of sale at PA Auto Sales this has been a nightmare. They have had our car for 2 weeks since it was sold to us without inspection. Needs rack and pinion, mirror, chipped windshield and has misfire. Received a text that our car was ready for pick up but needed to schedule because mirror was not in yet. We stopped by we are an 1 1/2 drive and our car didn't pass emissions due to unhooking battery. Windshield wasn't fixed. I am so disappointed that we r paying a car payment with no car. We stated that it is to be completed before calling us.. you would think that after getting a 1 star review from purchase you would work harder to fix that review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ANYTHING AFFILIATED WITH PA AUTO SALES OR INSPECTION @PAAutoSales I would never buy a car from this dealer again. We left with an uninsoected car was told we had to bring it back within a week. My husband went back 2 days later and it still didn't pass due to drive cycle was nit complete. We have been calling for days no one will call us back. The rack and pinion is leaking, chip in windshield and the drivers mirror has a sensor that is broke. All this needs to be fixed prior to inspecting. My next call with be a lawyer since its illegal for a dealer to sell an uninspected car.

Make sure you get everything in writing/buy elsewhere! We connected with PA Auto Sales to purchase a used 2017 Prius Prime plug-in hybrid. At first they were very helpful, and so we drove 6 hours to pick up the car after working out everything. They seemed to really want to sell it because it had just under 100k miles on it. When we went to sign the papers with the finance person at the Warrington location, we noticed that the monthly payment was indeed under $300 a month as worked out prior to coming down, but not at the 60 month amount we had very clearly asked for. They put it under a 72 month loan. They took no responsibility for the mistake and it was a very stressful experience, and we almost walked away. After applying some pressure to get a better deal, it was still not what we hoped for, but okay enough to take the car. The payments are still over $300.
