Mike, I am sorry that you feel we were too high on our price. Can you give more details as to what you were looking for? If it was an electronic part / control board, we are charged a core which we pass along to the customer. That core is 100% refundable to you once you return it to us. Also, electronic parts are non-returnable, which is standard industry practice (not only appliances but car parts, etc). We have been in business for 60 years and pride ourselves on customer service. I apologize if you feel you weren't treated fairly.

These people are shady!!! I made a service repair appointment and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to someone coming. I called them to say no one had shown and not to send anyone. They hung up in my face. Steer clear!!!!
Somehow they're always so busy that it takes two weeks for a service call. Then, they give you an 8 hour window of when they'll show up. This is 2022, not even the cable company does that any more. My favorite part is after three visits to figure out a problem with the dishwasher stopping mid cycle and losing power is that our hot water is simply not hot enough. This is not a thing. A dishwasher does not just stop then refuse to start again because the water is not hot enough. And by the way, our water temperature is 125 degreed. At 130 degrees our children could sustain burn injuries in just 30 seconds, but they wanted us to turn the water heater up. So if we want the dishwasher to work we have to burn our children, that's their solution.
