That younger guy with the glasses is very rude at the Northfield rd location he has a very nasty attitude and shouldnt be working with the public!! Everyone is great!!

Very sad to say after going to this place since I was a child I was treated very rudely over the phone when asking about my prescription. I was told they could not give me certain parts of my prescription AT ALL. I was almost refused to be able to find out even knowing when I even filled my last prescription. When I expressed my disappointment after being a customer there for years he finally told me my prescription date but that was it smh very sad to see businesses don't treat their customers well at all anymore!!!

This was my first experience glasses shopping and it was wonderful! The store was clean and the staff was friendly, informative and I got my new glasses the same day!!! I was referred there and will be referring to my friends & family!
