It started out ok but ended bad and I will never go to them again. Very unprofessional they never have what they offer and they take way to long to get orders back. I lost alot of businesses because of them. I would not recommend them to anyone .....
Worst customer service ever. They will screw up your order than ROB you for your money(LITERALLY). They will give you the run around and not return your calls. BIG PRINTING is the worst. BIG PRINTING doesn't deserve any stars.
I tried to work with this company but one star is more than they deserve. I've been told to be called and waited for 2 weeks with no response if my designs are doable ( they are pretty simple) Called after the 2 weeks and the one who responded was eating while talking... more like talking while eating. Not sure if i was calling an ASMR company or to order t-shirts. Got a hold for 30 min then they hanged up. Called the next day to be told that they REJECTED my design; I'm putting all caps because they were pretty rude about it and didn't explain why. Not sure why I wasted my time on them.
